1. Licence

Here's what our Flowbase license allows for, for each Item available for purchase from flowbase.co. If you are purchasing a subscription for multiple individuals please contact us to add the appropriate team size license.

You can:

• Create End Products for clients or personal projects
• You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
• This is a 'multi-use' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in multiple projects.

You cannot:

• Re-distribute the Item, regardless of any modifications, under any circumstances. In other words, you cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and list it on websites as your own. This includes transferring products to other accounts or listing products in a way that makes them accessible to other accounts.

• Make a theme, template or derivative work of any product to sell on any marketplace.
• Copy components to your account, with the intention to use them at a later date.
• Resell or otherwise distribute downloaded assets on any marketplace as well as via private channels and bots under any circumstances.

• You are not allowed to offer the file downloaded / components to any third party. If you are creating end-products for sale or for free distribution, they shouldn’t include editable source files.
• If we suspect you do not comply with this agreement and the terms of using our service, we have the right to block your account and close access to the products without a refund and clarification of the circumstances. Violation of these terms will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

1.1 Premium Products

Webflow Templates

Products that are purchased either through the Webflow template store, or directly with Wlowbase are limited to a single-use licence. This gives you, the purchaser, the ability to use the template on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis. You may NOT distribute any preimum paid products to others. You can learn more about this specific licence on the Webflow.com site.

Premium Components

Products that are purchased either through the Webflow template store, or directly with Flowbase are limited to a single-use licence. This gives you, the purchaser, the ability to use the template on an ongoing, non-exclusive basis. You may NOT distribute any preimum paid products to others or create a similar / competing product.

1.2 Free Products

Please note the following relates to the access of free products that are obtained from Flowbase. You may use these products for your personal and commercial needs as much as you like. You don't need to attribute Flowbase for these :)

Flowbase Freebies

Cloneable projects may contain graphics of real products, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by someone else. These graphics are licenses on the basis of editorial use only. After cloning a project with these graphics it is your responsibility to consider whether your use of these graphics requires a clearance and if it does, you must obtain that clearance from the intellectual property rights owner.

Free Products (Community)

All community products have been submitted by their authors to the public domain via the Webflow showcase. Flowbase will make all efforts to remove any content that is compromised, poor quality, or upon request of the original author.

Flowbase will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the terms and licence as we see fit.

2. Prohibitions

You do not have the rights to redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer the product, or the template purchased to any third party. For any resaleable templates, themes or assets, you should not include our premium resources as an additional attachment. This will be considered as a redistribution of our resources which is forbidden by us.

3. Limitations

In no event shall Flowbase or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Flowbase's website, even if Flowbase or a Flowbase authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Cookies

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our website and identify repeat visitors to our site. Cookies can enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site, and for advertising purposes. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our website.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Flowbase's website could include technical, typographical or photographic errors. Flowbase does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Flowbase may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Flowbase does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Flowbase has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Flowbase of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Flowbase may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
